Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, together with the accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@landingpad.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All shipping costs will be non-refundable and return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.

Warranty
All keyboards come with a 1-year warranty. This covers incorrect assembly, soldering issues, faulty keys, stabilizer rattling due to human error. Any servicing of issues will require the keyboard to be sent back to our office.
Warranty Exceptions
Defects determined to be caused due to general wear and tear from use, aging (such as lube drying) or user handling are not covered. This includes stabilizer rattling after 3 months when lube dries up or from usage.
Defects caused by user damage are not eligible for warranty claims. This includes water damage, fall damage, scratches and dents, improper disassembly, incorrect software flashing, and all other possible damages caused by the user.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, like perishable goods (such as lube), pre-order products, custom products (such as custom keyboards, switches with lubing or filming, special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Keyboard Batteries
All keyboards provided by us comes with a standard USB-C cable. Users are highly advised to charge the keyboard purchased with the cable provided in the box, for compatibility reasons. All keyboards should only be charged by plugging into a laptop or PC, and should NOT be plugged into an external power source (wall plugs or extension plugs) as they may be overpowered and damage the battery of the keyboard. Our warranty does not extend to keyboards in which batteries are damaged as a result of the abovementioned.
Service Fees
Any keyboard building service (such as assembly, stabilizer tuning, soldering, de-soldering, switch lubing, switch filming) offered by us can be cancelled for a full refund of service fees as long as no services have been carried out yet.
For example, after ordering a custom build with assembly service you can choose to cancel our build service to receive the parts individually if we have not started work on the build.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for defects.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
After the refund payment has been processed, all refunds will incur any prevailing payment processing charges, inclusive of a 5% transaction fee.
