International Orders

Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed, orders that include additional services (such as switch lubing) may take longer to process depending on the current demand.

To keep shipping costs affordable, packages are fulfilled by respective receiving countries local postal service. Delivery times vary by country, but usually reach the country within 14 working days and are handed over to the local postal service. However, delays caused by the local postal service are out of our control.

The customer may be liable for any duties or import charges by the receiving country. EU customers please be aware of prevailing VAT rates.
Returns
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our refund policy.

Return requests are accepted only up to SEVEN days after the product(s) has been marked as delivered. Any requests for return/exchange after which will not be available. You will not receive a refund of the shipping charges related to your order.

All returns are to be made to our store. The customer is solely responsible for any shipping, import or export charges associated with returning the product(s).'

Contact us at sales@landingpad.shop to start a return. After we have received your returned product(s) and have found the returned product(s) in satisfactory condition, we will process a refund for your order within FIVE working days.
Refunds
We accept refund requests according to our refund policy.
Orders that have not been shipped without additional services (such as keyboard assembly, switch lubing, stabiliser tuning) may be cancelled for a refund, subject to payment processing charges. Contact us at sales@landingpad.shop to request a cancellation.
Any additional services (such as keyboard assembly, stabilizer tuning, soldering, desoldering, switch lubing, switch filming) offered by us can be cancelled for a refund of service charges before any services have been carried out, subject to payment processing charges.
After payment has been processed all refunds will incur any prevailing payment processing charges. For credit or debit card payments, the charges would be 4% for Singapore and International customers. Additionally, payments made in currencies other than Singapore Dollars (SGD) will be subject to a 2% currency conversion fee.
In addition, note that the following situations will not be eligible for a refund:

Change of order after the order has been processed. This would be subject to our discretion.

Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided.

Change of delivery address or contact information after the order has been processed

Courier disposing or misplacing package due to no response from customer after being contacted.

Refusal to pay import tax or duties, import clearances, providing a signature for package or any actions required by local postal service and/or courier to receive the package.

Lost or damaged package after delivery to intermediary arranged by the customer, such as a freight forwarder or due to delivery arrangements by customer.
Group Buy Policy
Group Buy Terms and Conditions:
1. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds (Not due to colour unavailability) will incur a 4% platform fee charge. Any orders affected by colour unavailability will be fully refunded.
2. Fulfillment Duration
Tentative fulfillment duration will be announced on the group buy page (usually a range of months) as the producers needs time to produce the keyboards before shipping it out to us. This estimate is based on the assumption that there are no shipping delays. Rest assured that we will be fulfilling your orders immediately when they arrive to us. We thank you for your kind patience.
3. Assembly / Non-assembly
For customers who needs the group buy keyboards to be fully assembled, please configure them in the Full Keyboard section and DO NOT buy the parts separately. Ordering parts separately will mean the parts are shipped separately to you unassembled.
4. Warranty Policy
Our warranty policy covers all group buy keyboards. Should you run into any issues, do not hesitate to bring the product back to us or contact us immediately.
Meteor80 QC Standard (Applicable only to
Meteor80 Group Buy participants)
Any imperfection (scratch, gloss, discoloration, mark, bump, differences in texture) under 1.5mm on the exterior of the case will not be considered for replacement.
End product might have a slight variation in color from renders provided, will not be 100% color correct.
Molly60 QC Standard (Applicable only to Molly60 Group Buy participants)
NLandKeys will try their best to produce cases that look just as nice as keyboards that cost 5x as much. From a typical viewing distance during normal use the keyboard should be free of significant bumps, scratches and chips. This does not include slight imperfections that are only viewable in certain angles and lighting conditions.
Any imperfection (scratch, gloss, discoloration, mark, bump, differences in texture) under 1.5mm on the exterior of the case and backweights will not be considered for replacement.
The top and bottom cases are separate halves and are machined separately. Due to difference in tolerance there may be slight horizontal displacement / difference in form of one half relative to the other. The spray coating adds thickness, so depending on the spread the apparent seam between the two cases may vary very slightly in certain parts.
NLandKeys will try their best to make the interior of the cases as nice as the exterior, but in some cases there may exist various marks inside the keyboard case, which would not be visible once fully assembled. This may include, but not limited to uneven spraying, accumulation of powder, scratches and marks left from the hanging points.
PVD finishes on Stainless Steel and Brass weights cover a large area, which is prone to slight imperfections. There may be fine particles embedded on the surface. There may be distortions of reflection on certain parts.
All hot-swap sockets, no matter the PCB or manufacturer, are prone to breaking off when switches are installed without bracing the hot-swap sockets from the back. NLandKeys will not replace PCBs that are damaged due to user error. Please inspect your PCB as soon as you receive your keyboard kit for any damage caused during transit or production. If you find anything wrong please contact your vendor within 24 hours.
The renders provided on this page are for reference only. A photograph of all color sample swatches have been provided on this page. NLandKeys will try their best to match the final product match as close to the render as possible, but due to the nature of production the colors may vary slightly.
